The four above pics are from around Calma, Bohol - near the school and community swimming pool/park where I took the side road off the main road. According to the map in the LP and from what I can glean from some Google searches, this is probably somewhere near the towns of Garcia Hernandez and Jagna. This town was in an amazing setting, a beautiful valley, like Shangri-la or Bali Ha’i

All these are on the road from Taglibaran to Anda on Bohol. Some of them are right from the main road, some are from some diversionary off shoots. This was a great day, 8 hours of visual bliss. And I had my mp3 player on too. Really amazing. Like your favorite ski run through the trees, but going on for 8 hours. So it was about 4 hours each way, got me up one side of the island. No tourists for the most part. Most at the resort I stayed at doing dive trips. I road to Anda, which had some very secluded resorts, and had lunch and a fair bit of a 1 liter beer, talked to a young French couple, and beat it back home before it got too dark. Good thing because my motobike didn't have a light. The sun went down about 10 minutes before I got home, so not too bad. Was getting dangerous riding not seeing/being seen.
