Good knee....
Bad knee. This is what it looks like about a week and a half after the arthoscopic surgery. I've got a long way to go. Doc says it is urgent that I do everything I can to get the bend out of it in the next 2 months, otherwise it will be there forever. So Inow literally sit on my floor at home watching TV with a 40lb weight sitting on my outstretched knee. Soon I'll have some more professional equipment, though.
