Baguio City street views, bus terminal

I think this is right off of Magsaysay, which was one of the main drags that bisected downtown. There were definitely some nicer commericial areas, but this is pretty typical.
Side street off of Magsaysay.
Center of downtown.
Inside my $5 bus up to Sagada. Would take 6 hours. Comfortable enough.

The Dangwa bus terminal which seemed to be the centered for this quality of bus. There was another for the Victory Liner company, which had nicer aircon buses which headed south, serving Manila, among other places.

Around Baguio

Advertisements for getting your butt to Canada, Fast.
A park in the middle of Baguio. I was standing on a sort of large band stand - as if this might be grounds for public concerts/events.

Some typical street scenes in the morning rush Baguio.

Baguio City - great climate, terrible pollution

I think this is my best pic of the trip, unfortunately it happens to be the most depressing. This really, really reminds me of hardcore urban China.
Morning rush hour.
Looking at the hillsides in the morning in Baguio, probably just across from my Inn, on Magsaysay.
This is where I stayed both nights I passed through Baguio coming and going - the Baguio Village Inn, right off of Magsaysay. Pinewood furnishings, nice low key place. I think I paid $6 when I had shared bath, $17 when I had my own.
Dining in for breakfast at the 7/11 in Baguio.
