Morning, before workout. Unfortunately I didn't do a very good apples to apples on this. But I think you can see that the back of the knee is a fair bit straighter on the top pic relative to the above pic. I seem to be able to make the back get straight, but I can't really make the top depress like on the good knee. I always have the overhang/lump above the knee cap.
