Shooting the gun
Target practice of sorts in the backyard with Terry. The pics are blurry because there wasn't much light, and apparently the camera is not fast enough without flash at that light.
Knee update
Bad knee on the left of picture. Getting better, but still lacking a lot of muscle.
Good knee. Can see the knee cap depresses, back straight.
Bad knee. Back side mostly straight now. Physical Therapist measured and said it is "straight". But you can see that the knee cap doesn't yet depress like on the good knee. Recently I've done some leg presses which have pressured/expanded the knee, which seems to have done it a world of good as far as breaking up adhesions and scar tissue, and whatever else is in there.

It is funny how when you see him in person he doesn't seem like the unbeatable, greatest player of all-time that he is. He seems rather small and ordinary. Very human. Very unlike Serena who seems like a creature apart. And does seem very much like one of the greatest players of all time.

Knee Update Aug 12th
Bad knee - getting it pretty straight. Not all the way there, but pretty close. Overhang is considerably less.
Good knee
Bad knee on the left. Can see some muscle tone coming back, and a lot more definition around the knee cap.

Knee Update
After extensive work out.
Morning, before workout. Unfortunately I didn't do a very good apples to apples on this. But I think you can see that the back of the knee is a fair bit straighter on the top pic relative to the above pic. I seem to be able to make the back get straight, but I can't really make the top depress like on the good knee. I always have the overhang/lump above the knee cap.
