Bad knee on the left of picture. Getting better, but still lacking a lot of muscle.
Good knee. Can see the knee cap depresses, back straight.
Bad knee. Back side mostly straight now. Physical Therapist measured and said it is "straight". But you can see that the knee cap doesn't yet depress like on the good knee. Recently I've done some leg presses which have pressured/expanded the knee, which seems to have done it a world of good as far as breaking up adhesions and scar tissue, and whatever else is in there.
